FREE MEDICAL AND SURGICAL OUTREACH TO RESIDENTS IN EKITI STATE, NIGERIA

APPRECIATION

Compassionate Partners International (CPI) is partnering with Mary Olujobi Ogunlana Foundation (MOOF), a charity organization in Nigeria, to give free medical and surgical outreach services to the poor and underserved communities in Ikere Ekiti, Nigeria in memory of our Beloved Aunt and a community leader who just died and is to be committed to mother earth by mid- February 2020. The outreach will take place on Tuesday 11th to Noon of Thursday 13th February, 2020. The outreach team shall arrive on Monday evening of 10th February, 2020

PARTICIPATING ORGANIZATIONS/PARTNERS

Experts and supports will be drawn from the foregoing:

  1. The Mary Olujobi Ogunlana Foundation (MOOF)
  2. Jasons Health Organisation, an International organization reputable for many successful global outreaches. Africa Headquarters is docimiled in UCH, Ibadan.
  3. Our Baby Hospital, registered in Nigeria to offer medical services, with its new base in Ado Ekiti.
  4. Compassionate Partners International (CPI), an NGO based in Saugerties, New York, USA.
  5. RCCG Medical Team.

The Goal:

In the two and half days (February 11 to 13):

  1. We intend to screen and treat free, at least 2,000 people of various ages for common medical diseases like hypertension, diabetes, skin diseases, infectious diseases etc.
  2. Perform about 50 surgical operations free. E.g for hernia, lumps, fibroids (myomectomies), goitre (thyroidectomies) etc.
  3. Perform at least 500 medical tests free.
  4. Screening of at least 500 eye complaints and to give at least 200 glasses free.

The venue shall be headquartered at 36, Moshood Road, Ikere Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria.
